<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving image distribution system in which video display on a terminal device is not stopped even if any fault occurs in one of a plurality of moving image distribution servers. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a moving image distribution system for distributing moving image data via a network, including: a storage device for storing moving image data; a plurality of moving image distribution servers each for reading moving image data from the storage device for each of regions designated in advance and distributing the read moving image data via the network; and a redundant data distribution server constituted of a redundant data generating means for generating redundant data for error correction from the moving image data read from the storage device for each of the regions designated in advance, and a redundant data distributing means for distributing the redundant data generated by the redundant data generating means via the network. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
