<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure reducing valve in which one end part of a valve element which can be seated on a valve seat arranged on the body side is coaxially coupled to the center part of a diaphragm having a peripheral edge part held between the body and a diaphragm cover and a coil spring is disposed in a compressed manner between the diaphragm cover and the diaphragm, the pressure reducing valve achieving reduction in the cost, weight and size of the diaphragm cover by forming the diaphragm cover by press forming a thin metal, and the pressure reducing valve further enabling the spring load of the coil spring to be adjusted. <P>SOLUTION: The diaphragm cover 17 is formed by press forming the thin metal and has a bottomed cylinder part 17a as one body, the bottomed cylinder part 17a causing the end part of the coil spring 118, opposite from the diaphragm 115 to abut on a blocking end, In the valve element 59, an adjustment member 72 capable of advancing/retreating in a direction along an axial line coaxial with the valve element 59 is engaged with the body 16 on the side opposite from the diaphragm 115 and a back coil spring 74 is interposed between the adjustment member 72 and the other end part of the valve element 59. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
