<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency tuner module capable of preventing or reducing loss of a signal gain that occurs between wires or between a wire and a circuit component while being made compact and low-profile and having increased package density, and a tuner module incorporating the module. <P>SOLUTION: The high frequency tuner module 1 is constituted by arranging the circuit components 3, signal lines SL and GND lines GL on a multilayer substrate 2 in which a plurality of layers L1, L2, L3, L4, L5, ... are layerd one on another, wherein the circuit components 3 are mounted on a highest layer surface S1 of the multilayer substrate 2, and the signal lines SL and the GND lines GL are formed inside the multilayer substrate 2.
