<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a voice guide system allowing provision of a content having a comparatively large data size stored on the Internet to a user. <P>SOLUTION: A multifunction machine 15 inputs a voice guide message from a voice guide server 70. The user can select the content desired by oneself as hearing the voice guide message. The multifunction machine 15 acquires a URL (Uniform Resource Locator) storing the content selected by the user from the voice guide server 70. The multifunction machine 15 accesses the URL acquired from the voice guide server 70, and downloads the content stored by the URL.
