<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle power supply network that eliminates a risk that a high short-circuit current flows via diodes provided for rectifiers of generator output line if a battery and a generator are connected with wrong polarity, and the diodes may be damaged or broken in some cases like another part of devices. <P>SOLUTION: In an automobile-mounted power supply network in which a negative connecting terminal of generator is connected to the earth in the similar way to a negative connecting terminal of battery, a polarity reversal detector has a threshold element connected to diodes in series. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
