PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and programs for image processing which can appropriately perform two-color image processing, when two-color printing is performed based on full color drawing information. SOLUTION: A plurality of types of color determination conditions are stored in a configuration storage part 102, and a drawing information analyzer 105 analyzes drawing information acquired by a drawing information acquisition part 104; a color determination part 106 determines the colors to be drawn, based on the result analyzed by the drawing information analyzer 105 and the color determination conditions stored in the configuration storage part 102; and then, based on the determination result, a drawer 108 generates image information which is drawn with a first and a second colors.
