PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost by simplifying a mounting structure, easily mount a nut on a plate member, and reduce weight. SOLUTION: The nut 13 formed by bending a punched-out sheet metal is storably held on the nut holding part 11 of a first plate member 1 as a resin molded product. The nut 13 comprises a flat plate piece part 23 and first and second folded back piece parts 25, 27 folded back from both ends of the flat plate piece part 23 to the rear surface side at intervals from the flat plate piece part 23. With the nut 13 disposed in a nut storage space 19, the flat plate piece part 23 is brought into contact or moved close to the inner surface of the vertical wall part 15 of the nut holding part 11, and the first folded back piece part 25 is pressed against the bottom wall part 17 of the nut holding part 11 around the second screw insertion hole 21. When the first plate member 1 is tightened, the inner peripheral edge of the screw hole 29 of the flat plate piece part 23 is screwed with the screw groove 5a of a bolt 5, and the ends of the first and second folded back piece parts 25, 27 are screwed with the screw groove 5a of the bolt 5.
