PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock-up damper device for a torque converter, for reducing impact torque while suppressing the occurrence of judder vibration. SOLUTION: A damping mechanism 16 is mounted over between an input side supporting portion 11 to be rotated together with a piston 4 and an output side supporting portion 12 connected to a turbine runner. The damping mechanism 16 has an outer race 17 mounted on the input side supporting portion 11, and an inner race 18 mounted on the output side supporting portion 12. A weight 15 formed as a ring body is fitted between the outer race 17 and the inner race 18, a one-way clutch 13 is mounted between the inner periphery of the outer race and the outer periphery of the weight, and a one-way clutch 14 is mounted between the inner periphery of the weight and the outer periphery of the inner race.
