PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of preventing the setting of game contents or the like from being fraudulently changed without lowering the workability of exchanging a main board box. SOLUTION: The game machine such as a slot machine 1 includes: a main board box 409 provided with a main board 450 capable of controlling the game contents and an operation part 455 capable of changing the game contents controlled by the main board 450, in which the operation part 455 is exposed to the outside and the main board 450 is enclosed inside; a base member 460 to which the main board box 409 is detachably fixed; a cover member 456 which is pivoted to the base member 460 and capable of covering the operation part 455 of the main board box 409 fixed to the base member 460; fixing means 457 for fixing the cover member 456 to the base member 460 when the cover member 456 is at a closing position for covering the operation part 455; and holding means 461 for holding the cover member 456 at an open position at which it does not become an obstacle when attaching and detaching the main board box 409.
