PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for generating a carbonated spring by which carbon dioxide is floated as micro bubbles. SOLUTION: This apparatus for generating carbonated spring includes: a solution producing means 1 for making a solution obtained by dissolving carbon dioxide in hot water; and a bubble generating nozzle 49 for generating micro bubbles of carbon dioxide from the solution supplied from the solution producing means 1, wherein a gas dissolving device 27 for dissolving carbon dioxide in the solution producing means is so constructed that an inflow port provided on the upside of a container 20 is submerged in the solution in the container, a discharge valve for discharging surplus carbon dioxide in the solution is provided on the upper end part of the container, an outflow port 43 provided in the vicinity of the bottom of the container is several mm away from the bottom so that after abutting on the bottom of the container, the solution is caused to flow out, and a multipoint connection passage 19 multi-point connected to a suction passage 15 for sucking the hot water into the solution producing means is provided with a switching means 20 freely switching between the supply of carbon dioxide from the carbon dioxide supply means 18 and the supply of air.
