The cleaning device has a grooming device including a cleaning bar (1) arranged with a cleaning cloth (2). The cleaning bar is aligned parallel to a surface (3) to be cleaned, and a fixing unit is provided for preventing sliding of the cleaning cloth on the cleaning bar. The fixing unit is temporarily detachable for the exchange of a contaminated section of the cloth against a clean section for transport of the cloth. The fixing unit is arranged on the bar, and the cloth is held in a tight condition by a guide roller.
