PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multicore cable, the multicore cable with connectors, and a connection structure of the multicore cable wherein performances as a signal cable and a power cable are satisfied even though they are of extra-fine cables, and connection to connector terminals or the like of the terminal part can be carried out easily and precisely. SOLUTION: In the multicore cable 10, a plurality of signal coaxial cables 11 having a center core conductor 15, an inner insulator 14, an exterior conductor 13, and an exterior sheath 12, and a power insulation cable 40 having the center conductor 41 and the exterior sheath 42 are arranged in parallel, while the diameter of the coaxial cable 11 at the exterior conductor 13 part and the exterior diameter of the exterior sheath 42 of the insulation cable 40 are nearly equivalent, an exposure part of the exterior conductor 13 of the coaxial cable 11 and the exterior sheath 42 of the insulation cable 40 are pinched and fixed by common ground bars 20, 30, and the exposure part of the exterior conductor 13 is electro-conductively connected to the ground bars 20, 30.
