PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an antistatic acrylic resin composition little in staining of an adherend and antistatic effect decline attributable to antistatic agent oozing, and excellent in physical properties and molding processability, and to provide a film and a sheet therefrom. SOLUTION: The antistatic acrylic resin composition is obtained by incorporating (A) an acrylic polymer blend comprising 10-80 wt.% of an acrylic resin (a1) and 90-20 wt.% of acrylic rubbery particles (a2) with (B) a thermoplastic polyamide elastomer resin as an antistatic agent, wherein the thermoplastic polyamide elastomer resin B is 15 g/10 min or less in melt index (MI).
