PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a composition for treating disorder involving physiological indication relating to retinoid. SOLUTION: This invention provides a composition for treating type I diabetes and type II diabetes in mammal. The composition includes an effective amount of a first compound and the first compound can control the level or activity of serum RBP or TTR and can be made suitable for the administration.
