HOLLOW FIBER MEMBRANE AND HOLLOW FIBER MEMBRANE MODULE HAVING THE SAME INCLUDED THEREIN

A module size even in a highly packed module can be reduced through a sim ple step while keeping a crimped state in which a dialysis liquid or buffer solution flows well. A hollow-fiber membrane is provided which has, imparted thereto, a crimp having a regular period of 15-25 mm and a crimp angle (.th eta.) determined by the period and amplitude of 0.09-0.32. Also provided is a hollow-fiber-membrane module characterized by having such hollow-fiber mem branes included therein.
