<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an electrode for a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery suppressing blocking of piping or a nozzle caused by aggregates of active material particles even when aerosol formed by dispersing active material particles in gas is intermediately jetted onto a current collector, and easily removing the aggregates of the active material particles attached to the surfaces of the current collector and an active material layer without obstructing strike of the active material particles against the current collector. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the electrode for the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery includes: (1) a process obtaining aerosol by dispersing the active material particles in gas, (2) a process striking the aerosol against the current collector. and (3) a process striking gas against the current collector, and the process (2) and the process (3) are alternately repeated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
