<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal enduring sealing of high-pressure hydrogen gas. <P>SOLUTION: A seal body 4 is formed with an opening groove 3 axially formed by an inner lip part 1 and an outer lip part 2. The resin-made seal body 4 can be externally fitted to a shaft, and a spring 5 is arranged in the seal body 4.
