<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent ink from accumulating in a space between a pen point and an ink relay tube and also, restrain an ink leakage. <P>SOLUTION: This writing utensil is structured of the ink relay tube 4 and a tube cover 5 attached to the former, and the tube cover 5 is of such an external shape that it is fitted to the outer periphery of the ink relay tube 4 between the pen point 3 and the ink relay tube 4 and joined to the inner periphery of the pen point 3 at least, on the apex side of the pen point 3.
