PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink set or the like, enabling an image having reduced uneven brightness and uneven light resistance to be formed.

SOLUTION: The ink set consists of the first ink at least having relatively low content of a pigment, and a second ink having relatively high content of the pigment regulated as follows. When the scattered light intensity distribution of the pigment contained in the first ink is A, and the scattered light intensity distribution of the pigment contained in the second ink is B, the particle diameter at the point at which the area accumulated from the small particle diameter side is 20% in the whole area of the A is equal to or larger than the particle diameter at the point at which the area accumulated from the small particle diameter side is 90% in the whole area of the B.
