<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric porcelain composition which is excellent in the accelerated aging of insulation resistance and capacity temperature characteristics and can be used for medium to high voltage applications with a high rated voltage. <P>SOLUTION: The porcelain ceramic composition comprises predetermined amounts of a main component comprising barium titanate, a first accessory component comprising BaZrO<SB>3</SB>, a second accessory component comprising an oxide of Mg, a third accessory component comprising an oxide of R (wherein R represents at least one selected from Sc, Y, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Pm, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, and Lu), a fourth accessory component comprising an oxide of at least one element selected from Mn, Cr, Co, and Fe, and a fifth accessory component comprising an oxide of at least one element selected from Si, Li, Al, Ge, and B. A raw material of the main component is a powder having a D10 diameter of 0.25-0.70 μm, a D50 diameter of 0.35-1.0 μm, and a ratio of D10 to D50 (D10/D50) of 0.65-0.90. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
