<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time required for heating a workpiece to a predetermined temperature and a heat treatment time. <P>SOLUTION: The workpiece W is heated by a hydrogen heating chamber 40 after previously heating the workpiece W by a vacuum heating chamber 20, that is, by a high-frequency induction heating device 21. In this way, the workpiece W can be heated in a short time in comparison with a method for heating the workpiece W only by a means heating the workpiece W via an atmosphere such as a reduction atmosphere and an inert gas atmosphere, while the workpiece W can be easily heated to a proper temperature and can be kept at the proper temperature, and consequently, the heat treatment time can be shortened. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
