PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently specify the factor of the generation of a communication error without altering a management module.

SOLUTION: Communication data acquisition parts 1401to 1403acquire execution logs 1211to 1223output by management modules 1201to 1203, and read a communication pattern in which the identification information of a control message to be transferred between the management modules 1201to 1203and control object resources 1101to 1103is stored so as to be associated with the identification information of an instruction message to be transmitted from the execution control module 130 to the management modules 1201to 1203from communication pattern repositories 1411to 1413, and specify a non-transmitted control message based on the read communication pattern and the acquired communication logs, and output information relating to the specified control message to log analysis results 1431to 1433.
