<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical laminate in which change in the retardation value of a retardation layer having a refractive index profile of nz>nx=ny is small under high temperature and high humidity, and which is excellent in the adhesive strength (anchoring force) between the retardation layer and an adhesive layer; and to provide a liquid crystal panel. <P>SOLUTION: The optical laminate includes a first retardation layer having a refractive index profile of nx>ny=nz, a second retardation layer having a refractive index profile of nz>nx=ny, and an adhesion enhancement layer containing polyethyleneimine as a main component in the state order. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
