PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of defrost operation by positively securing an amount of coolant to be used in defrosting. SOLUTION: A coolant reservoir 81 storing the coolant to be using in the defrost operation during cooling operation is provided in a coolant circuit 10. When liquid coolant is accumulated in each cooling heat exchanger 102, 112 following the defrost operation, the coolant in the coolant reservoir 81 is discharged into the coolant circuit 10, and coolant to be used in a refrigerating cycle of the defrost operation is replaced.
