PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotography system which rapidly and inexpensively switches to a different printing speed. SOLUTION: An ROS driver circuit which can switch for the electrophotography system regulated based on a first reference signal corresponding to a first system printing speed includes a phase locked loop circuit, a charge pump circuit 30, a sub-pixel clock generator having a loop filter installed to set an input voltage to a VCO to generate a desired frequency corresponding to the first system printing speed, a clamping circuit for avoiding the saturation of the input voltage to the VCO by terminating a jitter when a second reference signal corresponding to the second system printing speed is applied to a sub-pixel clock generator in relation to the sub-pixel clock generator, and an ROS light source 60 communicating in an operation manner with the sub-pixel clock generator for sub-pixel controlling of the ROS light source 60.
