PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intra-skeleton environment control system which maintains the intra-skeleton environment inclusive of humidity in a skeleton of a building in a good condition by employing a simple structure. SOLUTION: According to the intra-skeleton environment control system 1, communication ports of a first ventilation section 51 and second ventilation sections 52, 53 are opened/closed by control of a control device 6, and the environment in the skeleton is controlled. Specifically the control device 6 discriminates the season based on the temperature outside a house, obtained by a temperature sensor 84, and controls operations of the first ventilation section 51 and the second ventilation sections 52, 53, based on the discriminated season, a humidity of air outside the house, obtained by a humidity sensor 82, a humidity inside the skeleton, obtained by a humidity sensor 83, and presence/absence of dew condensation in the skeleton, obtained by a dew condensation sensor 81.
