To achieve the object of the invention, the second end (52) of the optical fiber (50) ends in an area of one of the surfaces (21,22,23) of the carrier element (20,20'), and the lighting element (30) is integrated in a holding mean (70), being positioned adjacent to the carrier element (20,20 ) in such a way, that the artificial light (15) enters the second end (52) of the optical fiber (50), and leaves the first end (51) at a surface (21,22,23) of the carrier element (20,20').
