<p>To provide a primer which has excellent adhesion on a plastic base material, and with which the inter- layer adhesion with the paint film which forms the base on recoating (repainting) is excellent, and a method of coating in which this primer is used. [Means of Resolution] A primer which is characterized in that it contains (A) chlorinated polyolefin resin which has a chlorine content of from 5 to 50 mass% and a weight average molecular weight of from 1,000 to 100,000, (B) diol which has a weight average molecular weight of from 120 to 1,000 and (C) hardening catalyst, and in that the proportions with respect to the mass of the resin solid fraction of the (A) component in which these components are included are from 0.5 to 12 mass% of the (B) component and from 0.01 to 1.5 mass% of the (C) component.</p> |
