摘要 <p>In the electro-medical field, the problem represented by the pressure detection deviations suffered by the manometric technology with respect to the real pressure values expressed by the intra-arterial catheter is well-known. The oscillometric technology, now prevailing, receives from the artery, by means of a pressure transducer, indirect information mediated by the interposition of the air-chamber and limited only to the volume variation induced by the activity of the vase under the action of the same. The derived trace is not able to develop a specific morphological definition. This fact forces the method, in order to be operative, to adopt the positive component of artificially detected sinusoids. Moreover, the oscillometric method only adopts a detection method of static-repetitive type, focussed on the single parameter of amplitude, in contrast with the physiological nature of arterial pressure, which is multiparametric and in constant variability condition. The arteriographic technology, by means of electro-mechanical cutaneous sensors, develops the maximum direct non-traumatic relation with the brachial artery, from which it directly derives every input (see Fig. 5). The arteriographic trace so derived from the arterial vase develops a complete specific morphological definition of every single wave component, which appears similar in every respect to the trace obtained from the intra-arterial catheter. This trace enables the instrument to perform a multiparameteric monitoring, deriving specific types of trace, each of which is characterized by a specific morphological-chronological-pressure correlation, which enables the operativeness of the A and B methods to perform systolic/diastolic arterial pressure detections aligned with the real values expressed by the intra-arterial catheter. This provides a solution to the clinical problem connected with the current inevitable positive and negative false values.</p>
