<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means capable of measuring not only a glucose concentration accurately but also an ascorbic acid concentration simultaneously in addition to the glucose concentration even in the case where glucose and ascorbic acid coexist in a sample, by eliminating the influence of the coexistence. <P>SOLUTION: The sample containing the glucose and the ascorbic acid is brought to contact with a glucose oxidizing enzyme, and while measuring generated electrode current, a luminescence intensity is measured by a luminescence intensity measuring system using luminol, thereby obtaining the glucose concentration and/or the ascorbic acid concentration in the sample from above measured values. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
