<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the simple sterilization method of a sterile water supply system which is simple and has no possibility that an external bacillus invades during sterilization. <P>SOLUTION: In the sterilization method of the sterile water supply system which keeps a water storage tank holding injectable water and other sterile water with valves in use points connected with circulation piping to make the sterile water in the water storage tank circulate through circulation piping with a pump, the sterile water flowing through the circulation piping is heated to a temperature of 121°C or more and is circulated.
