<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a laminated piezoelectric actuator not generating an internal defect in the hot-press process of the same laminated piezoelectric actuator on the occasion of holding a laminated material to be pressed with an elastic material. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing a laminated material 11 used in the laminated piezoelectric actuator, ceramic powder of the same composition as a piezoelectric ceramic layer 12 is added to an internal electrode layer 13. Simultaneously, an elastic material 14 as a rubber plate is arranged between an end plate 15 of a metal die for lamination and an end surface in the laminating direction of the laminated material 11 in the hot-press process and hardness of the elastic material 14 in this case is specified to Hs 40 to 70. According to this manufacturing method, generation of three kinds of defects at the internal portion of the laminated material 11, interlayer peeling, crack, and air hole can be prevented completely and a sintered material not including any defect at the internal part of the laminated material can be manufactured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
