MATERIAL LOADING CONTAINER FOR PUMP HANDLING DENSE MATERIALS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a material loading container for a pump handling dense materials, of which the maintenance can be performed more easily and its worn part can be replaced easily.

SOLUTION: A material loading container for a pump 18 handling dense materials is equipped with a material supply hole 64 directed upward; two carrying cylinder holes 24 located at a container end wall 22; and a pipe changeover device 34 opened to a discharge nozzle 30 at its outlet side and being made rotatable alternately toward the front of the two carrying cylinder holes 24 at its inlet side with a discharge nozzle 30 opened at its outlet side, wherein a flap cover 110 for covering a material supply hole 64 hinged with a plastic and/or lightweight structural member is installed to a container wall or more desirably to the container end wall 22.
