PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system for controlling an output regulator having a regulated output. SOLUTION: In the control system for controlling the output regulator having the regulated output, the control system creates a digital detection signal, and has an output sensor for indicating where the regulated output is included at any range among at least three reference ranges. At least three reference ranges are included at each value among a plurality of possible values of the regulated output.
