SPACER INK SPRAYING METHOD, PROGRAM, METHOD OF MANUFACTURING LIQUID CRYSTAL PANEL, SPACER INK SPRAYING EQUIPMENT, AND LIQUID CRYSTAL PANEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve yield of products by verifying spraying precision of spacer, ink in parallel with spraying of the spacer ink to achieve quickness and efficiency of processing. SOLUTION: A spacer ink spraying method has an ink spraying process for spraying the spacer ink on the surface of a substrate 1 while relatively moving a conveying table 20 and an ink jet means 23 by arranging the substrate 1 on the conveying table 20 and arranging to face the ink jet means 23 for dropping the spacer ink to the conveying table 20; a verification process for verifying the spraying precision of the sprayed spacer ink by using image recognition; and a drying process for leaving a spacer 4 by drying droplet of the spacer ink on the substrate 1 and removing the ink. Furthermore, the verification process verifies the spraying precision of the spacer ink of a non-dry state on the substrate 1 while arranging the substrate 1 on the conveying table 20 of the ink spraying process.
