PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency sensor device easily usable as a man-machine interface, capable of analogous switch input by a comparatively simple constitution. SOLUTION: The high-frequency sensor device includes an oscillation circuit for generating a transmission wave, an antenna for radiating the transmission wave and receiving a reflected wave by an object of the transmission wave as a reception wave, a detection circuit for detecting the reception wave, and a control determination circuit for determining existence of detection of a detection object based on a Doppler signal included in a signal output from the detection circuit. The control determination circuit outputs a pulse signal at every time when the frequency of the Doppler signal is higher than the first prescribed value and the amplitude of the Doppler signal exceeds a prescribed threshold.
