PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional graph generating device capable of preparing a three-dimensional graph, which can be browsed from all directions, from the three-dimensional information based on the analysis data measured with an analyzer, thereby, allowing browsing of the three-dimensional graph using a general browsing software. SOLUTION: This device includes an analysis data acquiring part 11 for acquiring the analysis data measured by an analyzer; a three-dimensional information preparing part 12 for preparing the three-dimensional information from the analysis data using a program interface; and a three-dimensional graph converting part 13 for converting the three-dimensional information to the three-dimensional graph which can be browsed from all directions.
