PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative side panel protecting the surface or the like of the panel in machining to adjust its height for fitting to a cabinet. SOLUTION: This decorative side panel 10 fitted to the side 51 of the cabinet 50 includes an upper member 11 and a lower member 12, and the lower member 12 is machined according to the installation environment such as ruggedness of the installation floor surface or an inclined state, and joined to the upper member 11. The lateral width W2 of the lower member 12 is made smaller than that W1 of the upper member 11, whereby when the lower member 12 and the upper member 11 are joined to each other, a cutout part 17 is formed on the lower part of the decorative side panel.
