PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To block players from quitting their games the moment the bonus game ends. SOLUTION: The slot machine is provided with a mode A with the probability of winning replay set relatively high and a mode B with the probability lower than that of the mode A. At the closing of the power source, the mode A is initialized and when the specified minor winning combination is won, the mode B is started from the subsequent game. When the frequency of the execution of game reaches 20 under the mode B, the mode A is returned. When only one each of figures making up the specified minor winning combination is arrayed in the sequence of pattern on right and left reels and when no specified minor winning combination lines up on the prize winning line, the same combination of figures is allowed to line up as a "loss" one, just as given when the jackpot winning combination is won, thereby keeping the players intentionally unaware of the winning of the specified minor winning combination.
