PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely assemble a merchandise article hanging member to a mounting member and lock the merchandise article hanging member without exposing shaft parts to the outside. SOLUTION: This merchandise article hanging member 2 includes an article hanging bar part 3, a base part 4, two shaft parts 5, and a resilient locking piece 6 at the bottom of the base part 4; and a mounting member 10 has a mounting part 14, an opening part 11, two projection parts 12 in both the sides of the opening part, and two shaft retaining groove holes 13 having one ends communicating with the opening part 11, in the inside face of the projection parts 12 and the other ends ending inside the projection parts. This merchandise article hanging implement is so formed that, when inserting the article hanging member 2, the resilient locking piece 6 is elastically deformed to insert into the opening part 11, after the resilient locking piece 6 passes the opening, the front/rear movement of the article hanging member 2 to the mounting member and its downward rotational turning using the shaft part 5 as the rotating axis are restricted by the engagement of the shaft retaining groove hole 13 with the periphery of the front face circumferential edge of the opening part of the mounting part of the restored resilient locking piece 6.
