The device (10) has a pair of cleaning brushes (14) rotatably supported at a device housing (12). A drive motor (16) is provided at the housing for the cleaning brushes, where the cleaning device is brought at a cable winch device of a ski-jump installation, and is movable up and down along the in-run of the ski-jump installation. The cleaning brushes are laterally movably brought at the housing, and cam rollers (26) are movably provided at the housing laterally adjacent to the cleaning brushes. A protection plate (24) provided at the housing is attached at each brush.
