The arrangement has a spreading element (35) extending in a retainer of a clamp in an installed condition of a fastening part. The spreading element includes a borehole for retaining of a fixation element (28). Clamping surfaces are aligned perpendicular to attachment surfaces, which are pressed away from each other during insertion of the fixation element into the borehole of the spreading element, such that the fixation element is attached against a retainer. The fastening element including a lower part is connected with an upper part.
