The arrangement has a rope guiding unit (13) formed with a molding of an intermediate unit (3) provided on a plastic panel (1). The rope guiding unit has a reinforcement element (21) and a snapping unit (17). The rope guiding unit cooperates with a counter unit (15) designed as a rope guiding socket. The rope guiding unit cooperates with the rope guiding socket using a snap connection. The plastic panel and the rope guiding unit are made of polycarbonate e.g. glass-fiber reinforced polycarbonate or polycarbonate-blind.
