<p>A traverse driving device for the guide bars in a warp knitting machine, includes electrical motor (101), decelerator (102), adjusting plate (106), driving cylinder, cover board (107) and steel band (109), wherein the driving cylinder is connected with the main shaft of the decelerator, and one end of the steel band is fixed on the driving cylinder by the cover board and a screw (108). Wherein the driving cylinder is an expanding cylinder formed by an expanding sleeve (104) and a external housing (103), and there is a variator (112) provided on the wall of the expanding sleeve, the expanding sleeve is installed on the output shaft of the decelerator, the external housing is installed on the expanding sleeve by a bolt, hence the distance between the expanding sleeve and the external housing can be reduced by screwing the bolt, to make the inside surface of the expanding sleeve smaller and fix tightly on the output shaft of the decelerator. The initial position of the device can be adjusted by changing the angle of the driving cylinder, or by the program of the servo motor, and the servo motor with a brake can be used for controlling the accurate traverse moving of the guide bars. The device is simple, easy to manufacture, reliable and can achieve large traverse movement, and the design structure made by the device is unrestricted.</p> |
