An apparatus for shaping roundness and jointing steel pipes for butting steel pipes is provided to stably perform the drawing operation of a pair of shapers by installing a connection plate for extending and contracting the shapers. An apparatus for shaping roundness and jointing steel pipes for butting steel pipes comprises a pair of shapers(100A,100B), and a shaping device(125). The shaping device for supporting the lower part of the steel pipes and coupling two shapers consists of a connection plate(138), plural lower supporting devices(125B), and plural upper adjusting device(125A). The connection plate elongates and contracts the shapers to be contacted between the two shapers. The plural lower supporting devices include a separate plate wherein each shaper is separately installed. The plural upper adjusting device shapes the steel pipes to be contacted to the upper part of the steel pipes or adjusts the step difference by installing shaping cylinders moving from a cylindrical body.
