<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce labor hour of a side receiving prescribed service, and to improve execution efficiency of a side providing the prescribed service. <P>SOLUTION: When a management server 4 receives position information of a service car 7 itself, the management server 4 acquires position information from a construction machine 1 itself inside a prescribed range with the service car 7 as the center to update it, transmits mobile body information of the construction machines 1 inside the prescribed range to the service car 7, and transmits mobile body information of the service car 7 to the construction machine 1 inside the prescribed range.
