SEPARATION AND REGENERATION APPARATUS OF ABSORBING LIQUID AND LIQUID CARBON DIOXIDE, AND GAS REFINING APPARATUS USING THE SEPARATION AND REGENERATION APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separation and regeneration apparatus in which a phase separation efficiency of an absorbing liquid and liquid carbon dioxide is prevented from being degraded.

SOLUTION: The absorbing liquid 11 having absorbed carbon dioxide gas is cooled in a cooler 26 to be an absorbing liquid dispersed with free liquid droplets of liquid carbon dioxide 13. The separation and regeneration apparatus 23 separates liquid carbon dioxide from the absorbing liquid cooled in the cooler and regenerates the absorbing liquid. A buffer tank 27 connected to an upper part of the separation and regeneration apparatus evaporates part of or all of the liquid carbon dioxide separated in the separation and regeneration apparatus and sent to the tank. A separation plate 23a vertically extendedly provided in the separation and regeneration apparatus demarcates the separation and regeneration apparatus into a separation chamber 23b and a settling chamber 23c. An upper communication hole 23d and a lower communication hole 23e formed in the separation plate communicate the separation chamber and settling chamber at an upper part and a lower part, respectively. A separation promoting part 23f provided at a center of the separation chamber collects, coagulates, and agglomerates the free liquid droplets of liquid carbon dioxide dispersed in the absorbing liquid.
