DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MANAGING DIGITAL CONTENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for managing a digital content.

SOLUTION: The device for managing a content generated by applying digital authority management includes a content execution part for executing the content and a control part which confirms whether the content belongs to a first period for normal first execution of the content or not and performs such control as to normally execute the content when the content belongs to the first period, and controls the content execution part so as to perform second execution of the content when the content belongs to a second period other than the first period. The first execution and the second execution are different from each other. Thus execution of contents close to expiration periods is controlled to make a user perform management about expiration periods of contents.
