<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle beam treatment planning device, easily determining a plurality of beam irradiation plans. <P>SOLUTION: An irradiation area means 12 inputs an area to which particle beam should be applied. A target dose setting means 14 sets a target dose to the area inputted by the irradiation area means. An irradiation condition calculating means 22 calculates an irradiation condition for the particle beam to achieve a dose as a target set by the target dose setting means in the area inputted by the irradiation area means. An irradiation time calculating means 24 calculates the irradiation time including the operation time of an accelerator and an irradiation device required for irradiation from the irradiation condition calculated by the irradiation condition calculating means.
