摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow damper facilitating flow rate adjustment without deteriorating sliding property of a piston even in the case that a valve body is fastened to a rail main body by a high axial force. SOLUTION: A small diameter part 57 of a cap 35 is loosely fit in a piston sliding hole 43 from its downside and a portion deformed when the valve body 32 fastens and a direct sliding range A in which the piston 33 directly slides are axially shifted. Thus, the direct sliding range A is free from influence of deformation in fastening and the piston 33 is free from sliding failure. As a large diameter part 58 is sandwiched between the valve body 32 and the rail main body 20 and fixed and the small diameter part 57 is loosely fit in the piston sliding hole 43, the cap 35 can be easily attached to and detached from the valve body 32 before fastening or when the flow damper is removed from the rail main body 20.
